By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Expellingclear

Expellingclear provides structured wellness programs designed specifically for office workers, including the Desk Reset Starter, Posture and Movement Desk Guide, and Full Office Vitality Package. Our services encompass digital program materials, live coaching sessions, ergonomic assessments, and team wellness workshops delivered in person at our Jyväskylä location or virtually throughout Finland.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older who are employed in office or desk-based roles. By using our website and enrolling in programs, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Organizations enrolling teams on behalf of employees confirm they have appropriate authority to do so.

3. Website Use

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use expellingclear.world for lawful purposes related to learning about and purchasing our wellness programs. You may browse program information, submit inquiries through our contact form, and access materials included with your enrolled program.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable Finnish or European Union laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or program platforms
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify program materials without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape content or overload our website infrastructure
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through our contact forms or systems
• Impersonate another person or entity when communicating with us
• Share program login credentials or access codes with unauthorized individuals

4. Program Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Ordering

Program enrollment begins when you submit a request through our contact form or confirm enrollment via direct communication with our team. A binding agreement is formed when Expellingclear confirms your enrollment and payment is received or invoicing terms are agreed upon.

4.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on expellingclear.world are in euros (EUR) and include applicable Finnish value-added tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed enrollments.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods communicated during enrollment. Invoices for organizational purchases are payable within 14 days unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.

5. Program Delivery

Digital program materials are delivered via email or secure online platform within two business days of enrollment confirmation. Live sessions, whether in person at Purilas 10, Jyväskylä or virtual, are scheduled in coordination with the participant or organization. The Full Office Vitality Package includes scheduling of two team workshops within 30 days of enrollment unless otherwise agreed.

Expellingclear makes reasonable efforts to deliver services as described but does not guarantee specific wellness outcomes, as results depend on individual participation and workplace conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on expellingclear.world, including text, graphics, logos, program materials, videos, and software, is the property of Expellingclear or its licensors and is protected by Finnish and international copyright laws. Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for personal or internal organizational purposes during the program period. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, or publicly display program content without prior written consent.

7. User Responsibilities

Participants in Expellingclear wellness programs are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during enrollment and workspace assessments
• Consulting with appropriate professionals before starting new physical activity routines if they have pre-existing conditions
• Following program guidance safely and within their personal physical capabilities
• Maintaining confidentiality of any shared program access credentials
• Notifying us promptly of any concerns about program content or delivery

Our programs provide general wellness guidance for office workers and are not a substitute for individualized professional advice specific to your circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, Expellingclear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in wellness programs. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Disclaimer

Program materials and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Expellingclear strives for accuracy and quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, reliability, or suitability of content for any particular purpose. Individual wellness outcomes vary based on participation, consistency, and personal factors.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expellingclear, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Use, misuse of program materials, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or programs if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse program materials. You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, with the District Court of Central Finland (Keski-Suomen käräjäoikeus) in Jyväskylä as the court of first instance unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
