This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and returns related to wellness programs purchased from Expellingclear through expellingclear.world. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that comply with Finnish consumer protection legislation and the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.

This policy applies to all office wellness programs offered by Expellingclear, including:

2. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or Finland, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of purchase confirmation. For programs where delivery of digital content begins immediately upon enrollment with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited as described in Section 2.3.

2.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

2.3 Digital Content Exception

If you request immediate access to digital program materials upon enrollment and explicitly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to the digital content portion of your purchase. This acknowledgment is obtained during the enrollment process. Live session components not yet delivered remain eligible for refund as described in Section 3.

3. Refund Eligibility by Program

3.1 Desk Reset Starter

Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase and no more than 3 program modules have been accessed. After accessing more than 3 modules, a partial refund of 50% may be granted at our discretion if requested within 30 days of purchase.

3.2 Posture and Movement Desk Guide

Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase and the live posture review session has not been scheduled or completed. If the live session has been completed, a partial refund reflecting the value of unused digital modules may be offered. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

3.3 Full Office Vitality Package

Full refund available if requested within 14 days of purchase and no team workshops have been conducted. If one workshop has been completed, a partial refund of 60% of the purchase price may be granted. If both workshops and individual desk evaluations have been completed, no refund is available except in cases of service failure as described in Section 5.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and approve your cancellation or refund request, we will process the refund within 14 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been initiated. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Refunds are issued in euros (EUR). If you paid in a different currency, the refunded amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations applied by your payment provider.

5. Service Issues and Quality Concerns

If you experience issues with program delivery, access to materials, or the quality of live sessions, please contact us within 7 days of the issue occurring. Expellingclear will investigate promptly and offer one of the following remedies:

6. Organizational and B2B Purchases

Wellness programs purchased by companies, organizations, or other business entities are subject to the terms agreed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, organizational purchases follow these general guidelines:

Individual program enrollments are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Expellingclear in writing. Team program packages may be transferred to a different department within the same organization if requested before the first workshop, subject to a €25 administrative fee.

9. Program Upgrades

If you wish to upgrade from a lower-tier program to a higher-tier program, the amount paid for your current program will be credited toward the upgrade price. Upgrade requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase and before completing more than 50% of the current program content. 10. Disputes and Consumer Rights

If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (Kuluttajaneuvonta) or the European Consumer Centre Finland for guidance. Consumers in the EU may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish law.
